Vivan Smith

Vivian’s love for photography began in a dark room built by her father. He taught her the mechanics of a camera and the beauty of black and white photography.

Decades later, she is one of the areas finest and most sought after wedding photographers and album designers. She has earned numerous awards, including the prestigious Kodak Gallery Award, along with several Best in Show awards in Wedding Photography and Album Design. In 2004 Maryland’s Professional Photographers Association awarded her Maryland’s Wedding Photographer of the year. She is currently the only woman in the state to hold this title. She was also awarded Maryland’s Album Designer of the year in 2006. In addition, Vivian has been featured on MSNBC during the making of “Simply Elegant Weddings” shown nationwide.
